Position: Data Governance

Experience: 7 - 8 yr

Education: BE/B.Tech

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Budget: 22 to 30 LPA

Work Mode: Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with platform engineers and stakeholder groups, define the governance
architecture for the corporate data lake - i.e., standards, logical definition, and
implementation model of the governance framework
Work with stakeholders to implement the governance architectureDrive audit, compliance, and upkeep of the governance framework
-Collaborate with IT and General Counsel’s office on corporate level data governance
initiatives as they relate to the data lake, such as document classification standards
and corporate implementation of Microsoft Purview or other governance tooling.

Qualification:

- Previous experience (usually 5+ years) in data governance, data management, or a related field.
- Experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, and other large-scale data repositories.
- Experience in defining and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of data governance best practices, compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and industry standards.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including platform engineers, stakeholders, IT, and legal departments.
- Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, etc.
