**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct virtual coding mentorship sessions for students, focusing on programming concepts, problem-solving skills, and project development.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual students.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their learning and skill development.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment conducive to student success.
- Assist students in troubleshooting coding challenges and debugging code effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest coding trends, technologies, and teaching methodologies to enhance instructional delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coding instruction, tutoring, or mentoring, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Scratch, MBlock, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in coding.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to necessary technological tools for virtual instruction.
- Flexibility to work remotely and accommodate varying schedules based on student availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
