Credit Operations Automation

As an Operations Automation Analyst, at JPMorgan Chase, you will conduct intelligence automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function and translate in process improvement and solutions to improve operations efficiencies. This role supports the Operations function in gathering information, executing and implementing automation and digitization strategy, and delivering the outcomes of the automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with various stakeholders to understand the process, pain areas and propose to execute low code automation by leveraging Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Python, Unqork and Signavio
- Analyze, design, develop and execute automation framework/scripts, test, debug and document programming to meet business requirements
- Work with a large volume of data to design visualizations in Tableau and prepare high quality dashboards for various stakeholders including senior management
- Design and maintain automations in Alteryx & UiPath to eliminate manual efforts
- Learn and understand the business process and develop a good understanding of data
- Manage and confirm to firmwide governance models around automations
- Contribute to and support projects and initiatives with key stakeholders
- Execute solution design, development and technical troubleshooting

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- At least 2 year(s) of experience and proven ability to analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions keeping in mind the risk implications
- Strong understanding of general skills such as business analysis, development, testing and deployment (SDLC/VSM)
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivering solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, Python, UiPath, Signavio, SQL, Unqork and Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to quickly grasp the process and it’s nuances and propose/execute solutions to optimize the said process
- Team player - Ability to work in an agile team and follow common good practices
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent relationship building skills, strong ability to develop partnerships to drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Science / Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Python, UiPath, Signavio, SQL, Unqork and Python
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
