**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Machine Operation**: Operate CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and machining of CRGO steel materials according to production specifications and technical drawings.
- **Programming & Setup**: Program and set up CNC machines, load programs, and adjust machine parameters as needed for different production runs.
- **Quality Control**: Perform routine inspections of finished products using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Identify and resolve machine malfunctions promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace safety standards. Wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, material usage, and other necessary documentation for quality assurance and inventory control.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team, engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes, resolve any issues, and meet production targets.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest improvements to CNC programming, machine operations, and production processes for enhanced efficiency and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or formal CNC training is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred, ideally with exposure to metalworking and CRGO steel.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation. Familiarity with using CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of machine mechanics and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards in production.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues efficiently and effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with shifts (may vary depending on production needs).
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Work in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
