**Responsibilities**:
Creating and conceptualizing artistic designs that align with our brand vision.

Working closely with the design team and other stakeholders to create an engaging and coherent design strategy.

Utilizing Figma and other design tools to create graphics, layouts, and all other types of visuals.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure that designs align with company expectations and goals.

Updating and maintaining design guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Figma and graphic design.

An impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills.

Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), or equivalent.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position ranges from 3.6 LPA to 6 LPA, commensurate with experience and skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
