Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.- Create user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions.- Ensure consistent brand representation and adhere to design standards across all digital platforms.- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Present and communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Optimize user flows and interactions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.- Maintain and update design systems and UI libraries.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3- 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and creative problem solving.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.- Solid understanding of UX research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping.- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field preferred.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.- Experience with animation and interaction design tools.- Understanding of business objectives and ability to translate them into design (ref:hirist.tech)
