Job Title: Interior Draftsman

Location: Bhayandar East

**Salary**: Upto 15,000/
- Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for interior design projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings based on design concepts and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, architects and contractors to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
- Revise and update drawings as needed based on feedback and project modifications.
- Ensure compliance with material codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing materials specifications, furniture layouts, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when necessary to verify dimensions and project details.
- Collaborate with the design team to propose innovative solutions for space planning and material selection.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma in Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other drafting software.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret and understand architectural and interior design plans.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, or V-Ray) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in interior drafting.
- Previous experience working in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
