**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best price and quality.
- Negotiate terms and build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain purchase records, track orders, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Work closely with site engineers and project managers to forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/store team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of procurement experience**, preferably in the **building construction sector**.
- Proficiency in **Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil** is **mandatory**.
- Educational background**:Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering** (preferred).
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and construction materials.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to **relocate to Bangalore**.
- have two-wheeler and valid licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
