You should be: - Creative and clear: You have ideas and your own creative vision and the ability to execute them clearly. - Experienced: You have professional experience of executing multiple creative design projects. - Adaptable: You're open to feedback and willing to work across different projects and tasks. - Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and value everyone's input. - Enthusiastic: You bring energy and passion to your work. - Accountable and responsible: You’re able to take up responsibility for the understanding and execution of projects. - Having leadership qualities: You’re able to manage and grow a team of design executives, interns and other creative team members. - Vision oriented: Seek a larger role in the organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and produce graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and voice. - Collaborate with our core team to develop visual content that amplifies our campaigns as well as the brands we work for. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that drive our visual storytelling. - Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. - Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms while adhering to the latest design trends and techniques. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creative & graphic design. - A keen understanding of how design works for digital and difference in the visuals for different target audiences. - A keen eye for detail and possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. - Proficiency in standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). - A collaborative spirit, ready to work in tandem with various teams. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and flourish in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas. - Prior experience or understanding of the media production and digital marketing domains will be a plus **Benefits**: - Flexible working hours - Inhand range as per prior experience and skill - INR 5,50,000- INR 7,00,000 - Transitioning into larger roles and responsibilities **To Apply**:
