We’re looking for a **Creative Strategist** to define and execute our creative vision for a new initiative while working closely with the founder and L-1 team.

This role is about more than just ideas - it’s about bringing them to life. You’ll shape the identity of our new initiative/product, create memorable experiences, and be at the forefront of disrupting the travel landscape with something truly innovative.

**The Job**:

- ** Set the Direction**: Work with the founder and L-1 team directly to shape Vaya’s creative vision.
- ** Create Experiences**: Design differentiated experiences, with full creative freedom, that stand out and resonate with users.
- ** Lead Projects**: Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborating with design, marketing, and operations teams.
- ** Work with Teams**: Partner with agencies, creators, and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
- ** Build the Brand**: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- ** Experienced**: You have 3-5 years in creative roles, ideally in agencies, startups, or similar fast-moving environments.
- ** Strategic**: You turn ideas into actionable plans and execute them well.
- ** Collaborative**: You enjoy working across teams and with leadership to deliver results.
- ** Creative**: Your portfolio reflects impactful, original work.
- ** Calm Under Pressure**: You handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ** A Leader**: You guide teams and manage projects with mínimal supervision.
