Telecaller

A Tele caller or Telemarketing Representative is responsible for making outbound & inbound calls to promote products, services, or gather information. Here is a typical breakdown of the job role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound and Inbound Calls:

- Contact potential customers & dealer to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers & dealers with inquiries or requests for information.
- Generate leads through calls, and gather relevant information to identify potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads or sales calls to convert interest into actual purchases.
- Provide detailed information about products or services.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints effectively and politely.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Update customer information regularly and ensure the data is up-to-date.

Skills Required:

- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. (Hindi, English & Bengali)
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and respond accordingly
- Good Communication Skills (clear and persuasive)
- Computer Literacy (for CRM tools and data entry)

Qualification:

- 12th Pass/Graduate.

**Salary**:
Up to 12000/- per month.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Cold calling: 1 year (required)
