**Position**: Trainer - Domestic Data Entry Operatory

**Qualifications**: Master’s Degree (preferred)

**Work Location**: Training Centre Level / Shivamogga, KA

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Good and effective communication in Kannada, and English.
- Excellent Computer skills especially MS office. Should be conversant with operating Laptops, projectors and other technology gadgets used in Training.
- Must have at least 3 Yrs. of teaching skills and all relevant and related attributes.
- Undergo e-SOP certification in Operations on joining the centre

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan for industrial areas and ensure participation of employees.
- Constantly develop innovative training techniques to make training more effective and interactive.
- Management skills and documentation knowledge. Take care of administrative duties and handling employees, knowledge on mobilization & placements.
- Computer skills, DDR reports, handling inspections.
