Operate **rubber compression molding machines** to produce parts as per specifications.

**Requirements**:

- High school / ITI / Diploma in mechanical, rubber technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience operating rubber compression molding machines.
- Understanding of molding processes, curing cycles, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing setup.
- Ability to handle physical work and repetitive tasks.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine-handling skills.
- Set up molds and preheat them as required before loading raw rubber material.
- Monitor molding parameters such as temperature, pressure, and curing time.
- Remove molded parts, trim excess material (flash), and perform basic visual quality checks.
- Ensure consistent quality by following work instructions, process sheets, and quality standards.
- Report any machine malfunction, mold issues, or quality defects to the supervisor.
- Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
- Assist in mold changes and basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain production records and complete shift reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
