**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operation theatre for all surgical procedures, including sterilization of instruments and equipment setup.
- Assist the surgeon and nurses during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of all OT equipment.
- Ensure all surgical supplies are stocked, sterile, and readily available.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock the operation theatre after each procedure.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Handle and dispose of medical waste in accordance with established guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an OT Technician, preferably within a plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A professional and empathetic demeanor with a commitment to patient care.
