Hair Technician

**Responsibilities**:
**For Hair Technician**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their hair restoration needs and expectations.
- Educate clients on various hair transplant techniques and recommend suitable procedures.
- **Hair Transplant Procedures**:

- Perform hair transplant procedures, including follicular unit extraction (FUE) or follicular unit transplantation (FUT), according to established protocols.
- Ensure the highest standards of precision and attention to detail during the transplantation process.
- **Patient Care**:

- Provide pre and post-operative care instructions to clients.
- Monitor patient comfort during procedures and address any concerns or discomfort.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, procedure details, and post-operative progress.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in hair restoration techniques.

**For OT Technician**:

- **Surgical Assistance**:

- Prepare the operating theatre for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures by handing instruments and providing necessary support.
- **Patient Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of patients for surgery, including positioning and draping.
- Monitor patients during surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the operating theatre.
- **Documentation**:

- Document and maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, including details of equipment used and patient vital signs.
- Assist in the completion of post-operative reports.

**Qualifications**:
**For Hair Technician**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Technician or similar role.
- Certification in Hair Transplantation or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of hair restoration techniques and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**For OT Technician**:

- Proven experience as an OT Technician or Surgical Technologist.
- Certification in Surgical Technology or a related field.
- Familiarity with surgical instruments and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

**Working Conditions**:

- Hair Technician: Primarily operates in a clinical or salon setting.
- OT Technician: Works in hospital operating theatres or surgical centers.
- Flexible working hours, including the possibility of being on-call for emergency procedures.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Day shift
