Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and researchers on user flows, prototypes and otherdeliverables
- Take ownership and collaborate on end-to-end design of visual system artefacts such as iconography, typography, illustrations and branding
- Contribute to workshops, releases and launches by collaborating with other designers,researchers and engineers
- Learn about the Indihood platform and willingness to understand frontend code
- Innovate and adapt methods and processes for a high-impact fast-paced startup environment
- Be the voice of the user by advocating and prioritising user needs
- At least 4 years of experience designing and shipping products
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with other designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to deliver artifacts that address user’s needs
- Drive and passion to address user needs by developing high quality journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups
- The ability to innovate and adapt design processes for a high-impact fast-paced startup environment solving for the next billion users
- The desire to be the voice of the user, raise the quality bar and help create a fun, positive collaborative environment
- Prior experience with launching design systems, working closely with engineers
- Prior experience designing for India/new internet user/next billion user products

**Salary**: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
