**Requirement of Office Administrative assistant**
**Job Profile**
- Your primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for this post are as follows:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Escort clients to scheduled meetings in conference rooms, cabins for meetings with respective clients.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support clients/visitors. Spoken English is a must
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling, coordinating document collection and filings to ensure smooth working of projects.
- Type/ Compile/ Format letters, reports, approval correspondence while being dictated the same. Learning and adopting to standard formatting practices of the office. Typing proficiency is expected.
Job location: Matunga West, Mumbai.
*Office timing:
- 10:00 am
- 7:00 pm
Required work ex: 0-3 years.
Remuneration & other benefits will be as per industry standards and existing experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400016, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
