We have openings in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Dept.
Immediate joiners are most welcome and with atleast one or two years of relevant experience.

1) Payment Posting
Shift Type: afternoon Shift
- Good Communication skills required
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare.
- Basic Computer Proficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Accurately post payments received from insurance companies, patients, and other third-party payers into the appropriate patient accounts within the RCM system.

Review payment documentation and verify the accuracy of the payment amount, adjustments, and denials.

Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments, including overpayments, underpayments, or missing information, in a timely manner.

Identify and report any trends or patterns in payment posting errors to the management for process improvement.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Billing and Collections, to ensure smooth revenue flow and proper accounting of payments.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the payment posting process.

Update and maintain patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.

Respond to payment-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.

Continuously stay updated on changes in payment procedures, codes, and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry.

**Requirements**:
Graduation certificates and/or an associate degree or higher in healthcare administration or a related field are preferred.

Proven experience in RCM Payment Posting or similar roles within the healthcare industry is an advantage.

Familiarity with medical billing software and revenue cycle management systems is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude.

Knowledge of medical coding, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is a plus.

Knowledge of insurance processes, payment methodologies, and claim submission is beneficial.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
