**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Resolves customer query/complaints/problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, escalating unresolved problems- Should be able to manage customer and vendor queries without being biased, adaptive and quick learner.- Work from Office/Rotational Shift/Night Shift

**Skill**:
- Minimum 6-month customer service (inbound Exp.), Fresher with great communication is also welcomed. Additional Regional Language would be great.
