Facilities Executive
Work Dynamics

What this job involves?

Day to Day M&E Operations
- Monitor the functioning, maintenance and rectification of all critical and non critical equipment's.
- Maintain a 52 week PPM calendar
- Develop standard process and policies for day to day operations
- Monitor and analyse the energy consumption of the facility and develop ways to reduce the same.
- Drive initiative to propel cost saving and improvise on the current way of doing things
- Coordinating with soft service department for events & other functions

Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Manage M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time

Strong knowledge of property operations

Solid background in team management
