**Job Opening: Telecaller (Semi-Skilled Category)**
**Location**: 2nd Floor ,State Bank of India, Regional Office Thane, Near Wagle Circle ,Wagle Industrial Estate, Road No 22, Thane - Mumbai.
**Experience**: 2 to 5 Years
**Joining**: Immediate / As early as possible

**Job Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products/services and handle queries professionally.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for any customer concerns or escalations.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in [Mention Language - Hindi/English/Regional].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (BPO/Telecalling/Support/Sales).
- Should be comfortable working in a semi-formal field environment.
