**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Familiarity with book publishing and knowledge of the school environment is a plus.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop Marketing Strategies**:

- Create and execute marketing plans to promote our books within the school sector.
- Identify target schools and design campaigns to reach key decision-makers.

**Book Demos**:

- Conduct interactive and informative book demos for school administrators, teachers, and students.
- Showcase the unique features and benefits of our books to create interest and excitement.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school contacts, including librarians, curriculum coordinators, and teachers.
- Collaborate with schools to understand their needs and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
