**Digital Marketing Associate Roles and Responsibilities**:
The role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead multi-level campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing Associate will plan and execute campaigns and strategies related to business needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Plan and create monthly content calendar and produce image/video content for the same.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and prepare performance and competitive reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to create artworks and webpages

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge in LinkedIn platform and various lead generation methods.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that inform and engage
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- A positive, collaborative attitude
- Communication skills to manage and coordinate on projects with a global, cross-functional team.
