Key responsibilities include creating cocktails, ensuring compliance with age and intoxication laws, providing excellent customer service, and restocking supplies. Bartenders must also handle transactions, multitask in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- **Beverage Preparation**:Mix and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including classic cocktails and special creations.
- **Customer Service**:Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, provide drink and food recommendations, and ensure a pleasant experience.
- **Inventory Management**:Stock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, beer, wine, garnishes, and ice, and place orders for new supplies as needed.
- **Sales & Transactions**:Handle cash and credit card payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage customer tabs.
- **Safety & Compliance**:Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age and monitor guests for signs of intoxication, denying service when necessary.
- **Cleanliness**:Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils and wiping down surfaces.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for efficient food and beverage service and assist with other bar duties as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
