Key responsibilities for this position will include:
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, and other related procedures for different countries.

Handling complex visa cases and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.

Collaborating with relevant authorities, agencies, and consulates to facilitate seamless visa processing.

Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Identifying suitable flight options based on client preferences, budget, and travel requirements.

Comparing and evaluating ticket prices, routes, and availability across various airlines.

Assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding their flight bookings.

Managing ticket reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.

Providing support in case of travel disruptions or emergencies.

Maintaining records of bookings and coordinating with relevant travel agencies and airlines.
