Job Description:
- Provide information about visa requirements, processing times, and necessary documentation.
- Address customer queries and concerns regarding passports and visas.
- Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with the requirements of the destination country.
- Stay updated on changes in visa and passport regulations and inform clients accordingly.
- Track and manage expiration dates of passports and visas for clients.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant government authorities, embassies, and consulates.
- Provide regular updates on any delays, rejections, or additional requirements.
- Work to resolve problems, such as visa rejections, and provide alternative solutions when possible.
- Ensure that all activities related to passport and visa processing comply with local and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments within the travel company to provide seamless services to clients.
- Coordinate with travel agents and tour operators to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree from recognised university
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Gujarati, English, Hindi)
- Attention to details, Coordination Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management
