**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrit.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and arrangements are prepared.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as required.
Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meeting
Provide personal support to the executive, including managing personal appointments and errands if required.
Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities as needed.
**Qualification**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹608,199.25 per year
