**Position Description**

A **Network Administrator** with 1 year of experience is typically responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of an organization's network infrastructure. The individual would be expected to work under the guidance of more experienced administrators and take on tasks related to network monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Setup & Support**:Assist with installation and configuration of network hardware (routers, switches, etc.) and support LAN/WAN setups.
- **Network Monitoring**:Monitor network performance and traffic using tools; report issues to senior admins.
- **Troubleshooting**:Provide support for network issues, including connectivity problems, slow speeds, and hardware malfunctions.
- **Security Support**:Help maintain basic network security (firewalls, VPNs) and user access controls.
- **Documentation**:Record network configurations, updates, and issues for future reference.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Assist with software updates, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work with the IT team on network issues and setup for new users or departments.
- **Performance Optimization**:Monitor bandwidth and support performance improvements under guidance.

**These tasks focus on basic network management and support, with an emphasis on learning and development.**

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **network hardware and components** (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Some experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of basic network security practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot common networking issues and provide technical support.
- Basic understanding of cloud services, VPNs, and wireless networks.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year of experience in a network administrator or IT support role.

**Salary**

Up to 3.6 LPA

**Location**

Jaipur (Work from office)

Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹3.60 per year
