**Job Summary**: As a Barista, you will create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers by expertly preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and food items. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high-quality product standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and tea drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments and manage cash register operations efficiently and accurately.
- **Maintenance**: Keep the workspace clean and organized, including equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in stock management, including receiving and organizing supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
