**Job Overview**: As a Marketing Data Entry Specialist, you will be in charge managing and optimizing property listings for various real estate platforms. Their responsibilities include accurately gathering and entering property information, writing compelling and informative property descriptions, capturing high-quality property photos, and ensuring listings are visually appealing and effectively marketed

**Responsibilities of the position**:

- Manage and optimize property listings for various real estate platforms
- Accurately gather and enter property information, write compelling and informative descriptions, capture high-quality property photos, and ensure listing and visually appealing and effectively marketed.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and property owners to gather necessary details and update listings as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor listing to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.

**Responsibilities of the position**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills for compelling property descriptions.
- Collaborative approach with agents and property owners.
- Proficient in crafting effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Efficiently manage multiple listings with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in real estate platforms and adaptable to new technologies.
- Creative presentation of properties to enhance marketability.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges in the listing process.

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
