**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to hotels to introduce GoRoomGo services.
- Share detailed information about our company’s offerings and benefits.
- Coordinate with hotel managers/owners to schedule meetings with our business team.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team by building and nurturing relationships with hotel partners.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and meeting appointments.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- **Skills**: -Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/Bengali and basic English. -Confidence to talk to new people over the phone. o Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.
