RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COORDINATOR:
1. Planning of Training Schedule, Monitoring Training, OJT's, Mentoring, Evaluations etc.

2. Performance Evaluation : Timely preparation and maintaining score cards, planning of feedback sessions and smooth execution of process.

3. Induction and visit of new joiners.

4. MIS updation and filing work.

5. participation in other HR activities as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
