We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated **Mobilizer** to join our CSR-funded Skill Development initiative. The Mobilizer will play a crucial role in connecting with communities, identifying deserving youth, and motivating them to participate in livelihood enhancement and vocational training programs supported under CSR initiatives.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in mobilization, social work, community outreach, or sales fieldwork.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
