Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for mobile app design.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive user interfaces with a mobile-first mindset for iOS and Android platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to iterate and improve design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines across projects.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4 to 6 years of proven UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, illustrator or similar.
- Experience in video editing (After Effects)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and pay strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
