**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of network infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of load balancers to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide expertise in switching and routing using Arista and Cisco technologies.
- Manage wireless network solutions to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Optimize WAN performance through the deployment and management of WAN optimizers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs.
- Conduct regular network assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in load balancing and network optimization.
- Should possess strong expertise in switching and routing with Arista and Cisco.
- Must have hands-on experience with wireless network solutions.
- Should be proficient in managing WAN optimizers.
- Experience in airport vendor management is a plus.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing network issues.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Should have a strong understanding of network security principles.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proven track record of successful infrastructure project management.

**Certifications Required**

CCNA or CCNP Arista Certified Engineering Associate (ACE-A) CWNA
