**Role Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic **Telesales Executives** to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential members globally, explain the benefits of the SROMPL Community, and convert them into active members by selling membership plans. You will play a critical role in expanding our community while achieving individual and team sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential Data/leads and explain the benefits of SROMPL Community membership plans.
- Sell **Basic and Standard membership plans** to prospective members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage and update lead databases with detailed notes on interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales or similar roles is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in building rapport with global audiences.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
