Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Techniques**: Utilize effective teaching techniques for Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles.
- **Teaching Practice**: Engage in teaching practice sessions, receiving and giving feedback, and observing others teaching.
- **Instruction Guidelines**: Provide clear instruction guidelines, teaching styles, and qualities of an effective teacher.
- **Voice Projection and Floor Presence**: Demonstrate effective voice projection and floor presence for impactful teaching.
- **Class Planning and Structuring**: Plan and structure classes for dynamic and traditional practices, incorporating principles of demonstration.
- **Observing, Assisting, and Correcting**: Observe, assist, and correct students during dynamic practices, dealing with injuries and safety precautions.
- **Pranayama Techniques**: Instruct pranayama techniques, including Surya & Chandra Bhedana, Ujjayi Breath, Sitkari, Sitali, Bhramari, Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Bhastrika.
- **Mantras & Mudras**: Teach the significance of mantras in Vinyasa Yoga and guide the therapeutic benefits of mudras.
- **Bandhas in Vinyasa Yoga**: In Vinyasa Yoga, instruct the three essential bandhas—Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Maha Bandha for breath retention and energy flow.
- **Practicum**: Lead Ashtanga Yoga classes for up to 90 minutes, practicing goal-oriented sequences with guidance and feedback.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in teaching techniques for both dynamic and traditional practices.
- Strong understanding of alignment principles and therapeutic tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.

**Years of Experience**: 4 years of relevant teaching experience.

**Compensation**:

- **3 Month of trial**: 25,000 INR
- **4th Month Onward**: 30,000 INR

**Location**: Multiple positions available in Goa, Gokarna, and Dharamshala.

**Facilities**: Accommodation and food included.

**Expected Date of Joining**: March 2024
