Aerial Yoga Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Techniques**: Utilize effective teaching techniques to instruct Aerial Yoga, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for participants.
- **Aerial Yoga History**: Share the history and evolution of Aerial Yoga, providing context for students.
- **Anatomy & Physiology**: Incorporate knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to Aerial Yoga practice.
- **Unique Aspects of Aerial Yoga**: Highlight what makes Aerial Yoga special, emphasizing its benefits and contra-indications.
- **Hammock Knowledge**: Cover different types of hammocks, hanging procedures, measurements, and pros and cons.
- **Guidelines for Hammock Height**: Instruct on the appropriate height levels for hammocks, considering Half Tibia, Knees, Under Glutes, Hips, or Acrobatic poses.
- **Handle Straps Introduction**: Introduce the handle straps, focusing on their use in specific asanas (mentioned in the 100-hour program).
- **Aerial Asanas**: Teach a variety of Aerial Yoga asanas, emphasizing correct form and alignment.
- **Sequencing & Transitions**: Develop creative and flowing sequences, including smooth transitions between poses.
- **Opening & Closing Techniques**: Instruct proper adjustments during Shavasana and Cocoon poses to enhance the opening and closing of sessions.
- **Safety Protocols**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout Aerial Yoga sessions.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and safety measures in Aerial Yoga.

**Required Skills**:

- Effective teaching techniques for Aerial Yoga.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to Aerial Yoga.
- Creativity in developing sequences and transitions.

**Qualifications**:

- Recognized certification in Aerial Yoga instruction.
- Proficiency in Aerial Yoga techniques and creative sequencing.

**Compensation**:

- **3 Month of trial**: 25,000 INR
- **4th Month Onward**: 30,000 INR

**Years of Experience**: 3 years of relevant teaching experience.

**Location**: Multiple positions available in Goa

**Facilities**: Accommodation and food included.

**Expected Date of Joining**: January 2024
