**What does an Inside Sales Representative do?**
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
**Responsibilities: -**
1. Provide customer service, evaluate the customer's needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, product availability, and services.
2. Provide relevant information on warranties, price, and quality of parts, delivery times and payment methods.
3. Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order, etc.)
4. Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
5. Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer.
6. Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
7. Process orders - perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
8. Follow-up with customers as needed.
9. May evaluate and propose appropriate prices for parts by considering various criteria.
10. Assume other duties as assigned.
11. Maintain and grow current customer relationships.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders.
13. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
14. Within the guidelines of company policies and procedures and by checking parts availability.

1. Products you will be dealing with like engine, transmission, bumper, and fender.
2. We deal with used OEM (Originally Equipped Manufacturer) parts.
3. Parts will be provided with the list of registered yards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,853.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday

- Night shift
- US shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jamshedpur, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
