Carry out pilot plant /industrial (including trials at vendors’ facilities and other) development including testing/Validation of different packaging materials to ensure that the developed packaging material conform to all the standards laid down by the Company.

**Responsibilities**:
Development of secondary packaging for Instant coffee. 2. Support on cost saving projects. 3. Benchmarking of pack formats and materials. 4. Validate packagingCreate New Packaging designs/Prototypes
- Packaging material checking 2. Production line monitoring 3. Quality checking for grapes SKILLS - Time management - Vendor development - New Product Development - Team Player
- Develop prototype packaging material
- Support the Packaging Development at CO for testing

Designing new packaging configurations as per requirement

Actual New Product Prototypes ready for consumer evaluation and/or other trials as necessary

Testing and validation of new products

.Conduct testing of new packaging materials as per protocols
- Develop test protocols for new packaging material
- Carry out validation activities for the developed packaging material

Availability of testing and validation protocols

Scale up of Prototype for commercial production
- Coordinating with vendors in scaling up the pilot designs with detailed protocols
- Work with purchase / manufacturing / vendors to execute the scale up protocols
- Provide information on BOM/process losses etc., to prepare the final BOM/Cost Cards

Preparing Packaging material Dossiers & technical transfer dockets

Robust system in place for commercial operations

Product Dossiers in place

Specifications and Process in place for new materials

Good Laboratory Practices
- Ensure all laboratory equipment remain in working condition with acceptable level of calibration meeting both internal and external standards
- Maintain ATFL safety standards in the laboratory for ensuring safety of equipment and personnel

Implementation of Good Laboratory Practices as per internal and external standards

Documentation/MIS
- Maintain documentation of all the packaging trials and protocols developed during the packaging material testing to be accessible at all times for scrutiny

Provide necessary MIS to Corporate Packaging to be able to make appropriate decisions on future packaging development activities

Availability of Robust data for decision making

**Requirements**:

- Inputs on new Packaging materials, formulations, process design and costing input design
- Content for Packaging Material Dossier
- Contents for laboratory testing and SOPs

**Things you recommend but your superior takes the decisions**
- Inputs on Packaging Material (PM) Specification
- Inputs on Capex
- Inputs on Building manufacturing capability to sustain product quality
- Inputs on BOMs/Cost Cards
- Post Graduate diploma in Packaging preferably from IIP
- Up to 3 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
