Store Keeper cum Sales, Billing & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Keeping & Inventory Management
- Maintain stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle incoming shipments, verify invoices, and update inventory records.

2. Sales, Customer Service & Billing
- Assist customers in selecting products, answering queries, and processing sales transactions.
- Generate invoices and receipts using the billing system or POS software.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain billing records and reconcile daily sales.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content and running paid promotions.
- Monitor website traffic, online sales, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.

4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales, inventory, and billing reports.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with management for promotions, discounts, and store policies.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in sales, retail, store management, or billing is a plus.
- Familiarity with billing software and POS systems.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
