- Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that all items are properly logged and updated regularly.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed, ensuring that there are no shortages or overstock situations.
**- Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries to ensure that they meet quality standards and match the purchase orders.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damaged items to the appropriate department.
**- Storage and Organization**:

- Properly store all materials and supplies in designated areas, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible.
- Implement and maintain a system for labeling and categorizing items to facilitate quick retrieval.
**- Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all perishable items are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain freshness and quality.
- Regularly check expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste.
**- Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff and production teams to ensure that all required materials are available for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
**- Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure that the storage areas comply with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and follow all standard operating procedures for inventory management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
