Job Description:

- Mainly responsible for office administration activities.
- To assist in daily office administrative tasks which include documentation, filing, correspondence, coordinating and maintaining accurate records.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain contact list.
- Assist on IT support.
- Assist in daily accounting transactions
- Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the concerned authorities & forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team on a regular basis.
- Taking care of stationery, pantry services and replenishing the same.
- Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt.
- up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets and cross-verify information to maintain data integrity.
