**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify potential clients and create a pipeline of B2B leads interested in stock market advisory services.
- **Lead Management**: Engage with leads, nurture relationships, and follow up to move them through the sales funnel.
- **Sales Conversion**: Understand clients’ needs and concerns thoroughly, and convert leads into long-term clients by offering suitable advisory packages.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their investment needs, challenges, and pain points.
- **Maximizing Sales**: Strategically pitch and upsell premium services, aiming to secure maximum package sales and build lasting client relationships.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Build rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and results.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and converting leads in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
- Strong understanding of the stock market and investment advisory services (preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
