**What you’ll be doing...**:

- Understanding the existing system architecture, strategically design and implement new changes.
- Contributing independently on development of the solutions, to meet the functional and release requirements.
- Driving DevSecOps and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Maintaining and update release notes for the development documentation.
- Collaborating and influence various stakeholders in US and India teams (includes Business partners, Architects, Scrum Masters, Onshore counterparts, Testing team leads & leadership team).
- Mentoring the new team members.
- Optimizing the components for maximum performance and build test automation scripts to produce high quality code.
- Providing resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods & techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Supporting in identification and analysis of Business Enablers for enhanced the user experience and requirements that drive the future state architecture.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager

**What we’re looking for...**:
You'll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree or one or more of work experience.
- Experience in working as Frontend developer for complex system and good knowledge on the backend skillsets.
- Experience in Docker/K8S.
- Experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience/ Knowledge in Oracle, Cassandra DB & preferably exposure to NoSQL DB.
- Experience in reviewing the tools, improving the delivery process with focus on time delivery with quality.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Knowledge of Telecom domain, products, understanding the network components, topologies, devices etc.
- Knowledge of Network Engineering domains.
- Knowledge on the Monitoring tools.
- Exposure to emerging technology - AI/ML, Chabot, cloud.
- Knowledge in Agile practices and methodologies - SAFe.
- Knowledge on SDLC life cycle
- Knowledge about Technology industry and market trends to determine potential impact on the infrastructure architecture.
- Knowledge of architecture, design and ability to guide the team.
