We are looking for a **Marketing Strategist** who can think big, plan smart, and drive real results.
You will design, develop, and oversee marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong creativity, critical thinking, deep understanding of digital platforms, and a solid grip on data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive **marketing strategies** to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Craft brand messaging strategies to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize marketing funnels from lead generation to conversion.
- Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
- Execute brand development activities and consumer-focused initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging platforms, and marketing innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar marketing role.
- Deep understanding of **digital marketing strategies, branding, customer journey mapping**, and market segmentation.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong focus on results and business growth.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

- Experience working with SaaS, EdTech, or B2B businesses.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Exposure to event marketing and PR activities.
