**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Sales Calls**:

- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present and promote company products/services to customers.
- Follow a prepared sales script to provide accurate information about products/services.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Communicate product information clearly and effectively to customers.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Use CRM software to manage leads and follow up on sales opportunities.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Support team efforts to improve overall sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
