**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads & SEO Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid search (Google Ads) and organic search (SEO) strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and improve our online visibility. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and creative aspects of search engine marketing, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads (PPC) Management**:

- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and potentially other channels (e.g., Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking and analyze campaign performance.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and best practices.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Perform on-page optimization, including optimizing website content, meta descriptions, and title tags.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including improving website speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and content marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and rankings using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both Google Ads and SEO.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO and paid search strategies with other marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign performance and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2 years) in managing Google Ads campaigns and implementing SEO strategies. (minimum 2 yrs of exps)
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Keyword Explorer).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
