
Customer Support Executive

We are looking to add customer support executives to our team. Customer Support is central to Shoperies service. Our support team ensures that customers have a great experience with their order and resolve any issues they will have with their order. If you like to work, to make a customer happy, self learn from processes setup, and are good with written and oral communication skills, we would like to talk to you.
Responsibilities will include and not limited to
- Attend calls and make calls to customers for feedback, customer outreach
- Communicate and coordinate with delivery team and packing team
- Review reports and plan for the upcoming week
- Share daily reports with team on fulfilment loss
- Update receivable invoices in inventory
- This is a live support position requiring immediate responses to queries
Requirements for the position.
- Experience in customer support or 2+ years general work experience.
- Be self-motivated. This is a remote work from home position.
- Versatile in spoken and written English language
- Experience in Excel reporting and tools, be familiar with computers to work in inventory
management and Support tools
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
