**Designations**:SITE SUPERVISOR

**Experience**:Minimum 1-5 years of experience

**Job Locations**:Dadar East (Mumbai) / Andheri West

**Salary**: 10k to 15k

**JOB DESCRIPTION OF SITE SUPERVISOR**
- Oversee day to day operations of various projects /site of the company.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site and daily discussion with the pool operators and taking feedback of the water quality and equipments.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
- Continuous follow and provide feedback to the boss about the site
- Tracking of Material Entry and provide the report to the higher management.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Completing billing process and following with the client for payments about the same.
- Ensuring that the pool operators are dressed well and doing the complete dosing of chemicals in the pool properly.
- Ensure that timely reports are prepared and shown to the client
- Ensuring that the system is function properly and if any snags sort the same at the earliest
- Managing client relations
- If staff is absent being present in place of him and managing the site so that the client is happy
- Mantaining records of PH/PPM and documenting the same in a proper book.

**Site Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications**
- BCOM/BMS or graduate
- Years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles
- Reading comprehension of technical documents
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce
- Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients
- Strong project management abilities
- Confidence to thrive under pressure
